Hiring Kim was one of the best decisions I ever made for my business and for myself. One of Kim’s greatest strengths is that she can come in, look at a situation and immediately see areas for improvement. That’s exactly what she did for my business!

When she told me that one of the most important things I could do was hire an assistant/front desk manager, I have to admit, I was skeptical and hesitant. The possibility of hiring a front desk manager was scary to me, because I just didn’t see how I could make it work financially. Not only was I skeptical for financial reasons, but it was also difficult for me to give up some of the control and hand it over to a front desk manager. I put my fear aside and trusted her guidance. Within a month, the benefits were clear. Having a front desk manager, not only improved customer service and staff support, but the systems she was able to put in place at Kim’s recommendation have resulted in more money in the bank for me and my business. I have easily covered her salary and then some. We are only six months into the year and my retail sales are 25% over last year! Service sales are up over $5000.00 from last year as well!  Kim has helped me to take the emotion out of business decisions and really focusing on what is most beneficial to the growth of the salon, thus producing an additional financial savings over last year of more than $8000.00.  Total this up and I have $16000.00 more to work with from last year. And that’s just in six months! I just know that number will keep growing with some of the plans we’ve put together for the second half! Kim has really helped me to focus on building a solid foundation for my business and put systems into place to ensure consistency, efficiency and profitability.  Before working with Kim, I put aside all the problems I encountered with the hopes that maybe they would just go away. Of course, that only creates more problems! I have gone from avoiding potential problems to handling them head on and I couldn’t have done it with the support of Kim!
