If I had to choose two words to describe the process of working with Kim Turcotte on Aspire’s ‘Mission to Inspire’ global campaign they are Ease and Grace! In less than four weeks, Kim took my global vision and acted as mid-wife guiding and supporting the process as I gave birth to the next chapter of Aspire’s growth. Kim’s in-depth understanding of the systems and processes that needed to happen behind the scenes to launch this initiative allowed me to fully let-go and focus on my vision.
