Website Content Submission Form

This form was created to help you during the website content creation and submission process.  You may only submit information for one page/post at a time, so if you have multiple pages/posts, you will need to repeat the submission process for each one.

When submitting your information, please be sure to include ALL information for EACH individual page/post at ONE TIME. 

To prepare for submission, please be sure to gather the following information for EACH page/post submission before you begin.

 

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

  • Site Owner Name, Email and Website
  • Page/Post Title
  • Page/Post Content (in a word or text document)

OPTIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Additional graphics for inclusion in Page/Post
  • SEO Keywords
  • SEO Meta Description
  • Special Instructions for Kim

Upon receipt of the form, Kim or a member of her team will prepare and load the content onto your site.  If there are any questions we will contact you by email.

    PAGE/POST TITLE FIELD: The page/post title will show as the header on the page/post and in the navigation tab on the web browser.

    PAGE/POST CONTENT FIELD: The content is all the text that will be visible on your page/post. Please create your content in a word or text file and attach it using the UPLOAD field below.

    Your attachment should include all page text/content, including formatting such as bold, italics etc.

    If you have headers in your document that you want to draw attention to, please be sure to bold them and/or increase their size.

    If you want to include images, indicate where you’s like the image in your content and be sure to submit your web quality image in the fields below.
  • The page/post title will show as the header on the actual page/post on your site and in the navigation tab on the web browser.
  • Recommended File Type: .doc or .docx
    Also Accepted: .txt

  • Page/Post Graphics (OPTIONAL)

    Please submit additional graphics to be included on this page/post using the file upload fields below. If you have more than five images that you would like to add to this page, please email Kim directly with ALL the image files and reference the title of the page/post.

    Your new wordpress site supports the inclusion of unique meta description and keywords to be added to each page for increased search engine optimization(SEO). Keywords are words for phrases that someone might use to find the information on this page of your site. Please submit a list of keywords and phrases that relate to this page of your site.

The description should be 200 characters or less and is the text that appears on the google search page under the live link to your page.
